They were good, actualy we had so many veg we had them over two days. Veg were sweet potato, parsnip, baby carrots, red onion, sweede and turnip, leek (think that's all).

Glaze was honey, olive oil and dark soy sauce with a few dried herbs added.

The first days sauce was a bit over sweet so I added a little more oil and soy to the 2nd day and it was perfect.
